Couples Workshop

Daisy Birthing Workshops are accessible for all couples of all ages and suitable for all types of birth.

We pride ourselves on being completely 'embarrassment' free ... you will not be asked to model movements rather we model them for you!

Workshops are best attended after 30 weeks pregnant and are suitable for ladies that have attended our weekly classes but are equally suitable for ladies who haven’t.

Our workshops concentrate on your birthing day and cover birth breathing and positions suitable for each stage of labour, our 3 rules of labour and the role of your birth partner as well as looking at massage that can be used.

The workshop is approved by Federation of Antenatal Educators (FEDANT) and all classes are led by qualified and experienced teachers.

- Pregnancy and Birth Education
- Positions and Breathing for each stage of labour
- Active birthing rules
- Massage techniques
- Role of your birthing partner

Workshops can be run as part of a group for £60

or run privately from your own home for just £75.
